Mohammed Ali Shabbir

Janab Mohammed Ali Shabbir is a senior leader of Indian National Congress. He had served as a cabinet minister in Andhra Pradesh Government for two terms and also as the Leader of Opposition in Telangana State Legislative Council. He had played a major role in getting 4% reservation for poor Muslims in education and jobs. More than 10 lakh poor Muslims in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have benefitted so far from 4% Muslim quota which is still under implementation in both the Telugu States.
