Muslim religious and community leaders in Telangana have unanimously resolved to reject the proposed Waqf Amendment Bill, which is currently being scrutinized by the Joint Parliamentary Committee.

Although it took more than 10 years for the implementation of 4% Muslim Reservation. But this GO MS No 30 became the basis which eventually led to the educational and economic empowerment of poor Muslims in Telugu States. Janab Mohammed Ali Shabbir is the real Champion of Muslim Reservation as he was instrumental behind the GO Ms No 30 in 1994 and also in getting 4% Muslims Reservation in 2004.
